Jim
Michaud is Microsoft Certified with 15 years of programming and networking
experience. Among other projects, he has developed and maintained a complex
Windows based Network to work seamlessly with an existing VMS network for 150+
users. This included redesigning a serial based WAN network for 9 locations
across 5 states and Mexico to a TCP/IP based WAN, as well as migrating a
complete server network from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 with no downtime, and
building a secure Internet and intranet web infrastructure. Jim has also
developed and maintained many LAN and WAN networks for small- and medium-sized
businesses and migrated data both to VMS and from VMS to MSSQL 2000. Jim is
proficient in the use of VBA and Microsoft Access, having developed programs
for use in scheduling, purchase, and inventory programs, reverse-engineered
FileMaker scheduling programs, and developed a complex program to calculate and
track blood components for pheresis.

Dan Swain
has 29 years of experience in application programming, system design, and IT

fulfillment, point of sale, vehicle fleet management, and matriculation

Ronna
Weyandt specializes in accounting application programming, including AP, AR,
GL, payroll, inventory, purchase orders, billing, and reconciliations. She has
spent the last six years programming, focusing on EDI forms development and
integration. She worked for 18 years in the community mental health and developmental
disabilities service industry, as a staff accountant and director of MIS,
overseeing electronic and paper billing, CPT/HCPCS codes for Medicare,
Medicaid, BC, and commercial insurances certifications, as well as implementing
reporting procedures on accounting, budgets, and service delivery. She oversaw
both the integration of handheld computers with accounting systems and the
forms development and application integration of EDI purchase orders and
invoices.

Bill
Wheeler has over three years’ experience of network design, management,
service, and support and five years’ experience of PC repair and
troubleshooting the Windows operating system. He has developed and maintained
LAN and WAN networks for small- and medium-sized businesses, implementing mail,
file, print, application and web servers. Before joining iMARC, Bill worked for
four years as a technical trainer and was responsible for teaching all levels
of computer use, from the basics for new computer users to new software for
experienced users. He also maintains
many different applications, from title software to scheduling and accounting
applications. Bill is also a certified satellite receiver installation
technician. Bill served in the United States Army from 1989-1996, holding Top
Secret clearance from 1990-1993.
