VMS
VMS
has been around since 1978, and throughout the years has
proven to be a remarkably stable operating system. VMS stands for Virtual Memory System.
Officially called OpenVMS,
it was originally developed by Digital and is now a product of HP.
OpenVMS currently supports two hardware
platforms: VAX and Alpha. VMS
support for HP's Itanium processor has been announced.
The
programmers at iMARC, Inc. have been developing applications for VMS
for over twenty years. We pride ourselves on building VMS
applications that have the same attributes as the OS:
stability and speed.
In
addition to developing programs for VMS, iMARC, Inc. also
provides complete support for all VAX and Alpha hardware
systems. We can maintain or upgrade your current hardware
setup or design a new cluster from the ground up.
